Legion of the Lawless plot
"MASKED TERROR FOLLOWS THE WESTWARD TRAIL OF THE IRON HORSE!"
Attorney Jeff Toland starts a practice in Ivetown, but is chased out of town by a vigilante led by Les Harper. The vigilante is actually more of a cover for the gang of outlaws that control the city. When it turns out that the railroads have come up with a plan to run the railroad through the eastern part of Ivetown, the gang tries to get hold of those pieces of land and the original owners are evicted. Jeff Toland tries to help the victims and takes on the gang.
