Elle & Lui & le Reste du Monde plot

Marco, a twenty-something who is a bit lost, helps a friend by filling in for him at his job: an emergency call center for elevators. Around three in the morning, a young woman calls him: she is stuck in a broken elevator and is having an anxiety attack. Marco tries to reassure her on the phone, but because there is no technician available to help, he decides to save her himself. Unfortunately, the young woman disappears into thin air when he gets there. Thus begins his incredible search for this enigmatic stranger in Paris on the night of Valentine's Day.
