Lost in Amsterdam plot

Minimal movie. After twenty-five years of being active in New York, the American private detective Scotty started an agency in Amsterdam, United Detectives. One day Scotty hears on his girlfriend Bonnie's car phone that there is a classy woman in his office with an assignment. It turns out to be Laura Binger who hasn't seen her husband, war photographer Max, for two months and wants Scotty to deliver him home. But Max has his hands full shooting Rebecca, a beautiful woman with connections to the underworld. Scotty and his assistant Tom investigate the Amsterdam penose, where a battle for power is just going on between gangster boss Mr. Johnny and his buddies and another gang of drug dealers.
