Wir Sind die Flut plot

20 years ago a mysterious natural phenomenon happened on the coast of Windholm that still puzzles scientists and saddens the inhabitants. One morning the earth at the entire entrance of the small village was swallowed by 'something' and all the local children disappeared. The young physicist Micha has spent the last few years dealing with this mystery, trying to find an answer. But even her latest theory about a gravitational anomaly in Windholm has fallen on deaf ears at her university. But Micah doesn't give up.
