Menace plot

"Marked... for Murder!"

Three globetrotter friends - Colonel Crecy, Helen Chalmers and Norman Bellamy - receive a threatening letter from the mentally unstable brother of a deceased friend. This Timothy Bastion blames the loss on the three, who indirectly played a role in his unfortunate accident in Kenya. The three decide to gather in California to anticipate Bastion's arrival. But meanwhile, other guests also arrive, including Helen's sister and her new love, her new neighbor and his acquaintance, and a new butler. Is Bastion hiding behind one of these people?
