Inconnue de la Départementale plot

One stormy evening, Patrice, a young student, takes a hitchhiker with her. Not long after, an accident takes place. When Patrice wakes up in the hospital, he is told they found him alone in his car. The mysterious young woman he remembers seems to have existed only in his imagination. From that moment on, he has only one goal; find the elevator. However, this quest becomes an obsession for him. And his family and friends are starting to get very concerned and see his mental health continue to deteriorate.
