Aitsu plot

Hikaru is a strange bird. He lives with the expectation that a storm surge will wash everyone away, as described in the Bible. He is friends with Sadaro, a critical friend, who once in a while beats him up for fun. One day he finds out that he has some powers. For example, he can bend spoons and explode lights with his thoughts. He also encounters a girl who, handy in his view, lives on a boat.
