Tomorrow Is Always Too Long plot

Kaleidoscopic, authentic portrait of Glasgow and its people by British video artist Phil Collins, who himself lived in this Scottish city for twenty years. He made the film for The Common Guild, an organization that supports the visual arts. Special animations and parodied fragments of aerobics or astro-TV are interspersed with images of maternity hospitals, schools, community centers, billiard halls, prisons, retirement centers and living rooms.
