Film producer J. Pierpoint Ginsburg makes for the first time a 'talkie', a film with sound. He invests all his money in a musical, starring the sensation from Paris Adore Renee and the American actor Reginald Whitlock. If something goes wrong between the image and the audio during a preview, it will not speed up the process.
