"THE BATTLING (and cooing) SWEETHEARTS of Sigma Chi!"

The story takes place on a school campus. Lucky Ryan, the sports champion, returns to school. Because of military service he stayed elsewhere for some time. Young high school student Betty Allen is very happy to see Lucky on campus, but he seems to avoid her.
