"THE SEASON'S GAYEST SCAMDAL!"
Frankie Foster and Stanley Benson are two simple amateur actors. Both try to break through by participating in an amateur talent competition. After winning this competition, Frankie and Stanley get some big gigs, but they turn out to be unpopular after all. To boost their careers, Frankie goes to Washington DC expecting her wealthy father to help them both financially. Along the way, Frankie is mistakenly mistaken for the wife of famous pilot Johnny Pearson. Romantic entanglements are inevitable.
