Lumières de Paris plot

Carlo Ferrari, a famous singer, enslaved by his profession and a couple of parasites, is tired of the success and flees to the countryside. There he meets Renée, from whom he hides his real identity. When Carlo's manager finds out he's having a romance, he tries to end their idyll.
