"The Gospel according to today."
A modern contemporary version of gospel about John the Baptist. He summons a stray group of young New Yorkers to follow Jesus and learn from him. The New Yorkers form a group and dance and sing, etc. This all leads to the Last Supper and the crucifixion in the garbage dump. The next morning, one of Jesus's apostles carries his body through the streets of New York.
