"The greatest 90's Japanese samurai series you've never heard of"
Ronin Suirai Tantei, also known as Top Knot Detective outside Japan was a series during the 1980s starring Takashi Takamoto. He also provided the script and directed the whole thing. This documentary interviews several individuals involved in the series and shows old VHS footage from the show that was destroyed by the production company due to controversy surrounding Takamoto.
