Zoku Akutokui: Joi-hen plot

At the age of sixteen, Seiko was sexually assaulted by three men. This horrific assault left her mentally devastated and also resulted in her becoming pregnant and infected with syphilis. Many years later, she is a respected doctor in Japan by day. But at night she roams the streets in search of lovers, on whom she takes revenge in a bloody way. She eventually marries and hopes to put an end to her past. Until she discovers that her new husband is also hiding a dark secret.
