"They can demolish a building, but never remove the past."
Isolated in the wooded mountains stands an old dilapidated sanatorium. The elderly janitor is still there to make sure no one enters the dangerous building. Five employees are tasked with removing hazardous waste from the immense property before it is demolished. More than 300 rooms and kilometers of pipeline have to be checked in three days. However, they soon realize that the job involves more than a search for asbestos and mercury as they discover the building's haunting past.
