The Ruck March plot

Two friends, Alannah and Emily, are taking part in a 16-hour trek through the desert. Before the march begins, everyone is briefly interviewed by Mac, the event's cameraman. Eventually, the Ruck March's host, Bray, reveals certain conditions for the march: no phones, watches, or food for the entire 16 hours. Despite some discomfort, the participants comply. However, as the group continues its march after sunset, they soon notice that their group seems much smaller. Some have mysteriously disappeared.
