The Red Tide Massacre plot

"The beach is closed"

In a small town in Florida, the beach is closed because of a red tide that makes the water unsafe. During this phenomenon, Al David escapes from the hands of the police. However, Sheriff Tom Fuller manages to hit him with his weapon. Injured, Al ends up in the poisonous water that slowly transforms him into a fish-like monster. When the monstrous Al starts killing, Fuller, his men and his son Tommy try to stop the threat.
