The Evictors plot

"It was a small Louisiana town where people live and love and die and no one ever thought of locking their doors… except in the Monroe house."

A young couple rents a house near a small village in Louisiana. However, they are not welcome in the village, because the other inhabitants do not trust them. The house the couple has rented used to be the scene of a very gruesome event.
