The Curse of the Dutchman plot

A young man receives a letter informing him of his uncle's death. He travels to his house, only to discover that his relative, in a fit of madness, has attempted to set the house on fire. In his uncle's diary, he reads about his obsession with The Flying Dutchman and finds a mysterious box containing evidence of its existence. The young man opens the box, unaware that it will unleash a terrible curse.
