Terror Toons plot

"Animated to kill."

Candy and Cindy are two sisters who live in a quiet neighborhood. Their parents are away for the weekend. Candy throws a party and has a good time with her friends. Cindy receives a package containing a DVD. What she does not know is that this DVD was sent to her by the Devil. When she plays the DVD, two evil cartoons come to life.
