Teito Monogatari plot
Long ago, in the Heian era (794-1185), Tairo No Masakado died trying to establish a utopian empire on the Kanto plateau. Legend has it that Masakado is now the guardian spirit of Tokyo and anyone who disturbs his peace will be damned forever. 1901-1925, Tokyo. In the darkness of the underbelly of the city hides the evil wizard Yasunori Kato, who wants to realize his destruction strategy by manipulating the mind of Masakado. Kato uses the powers of the innocent Yukari Tatsumi to satisfy his insane appetite for destruction. If he manages to take her under his control, Tokyo will truly become a doomed city.
