An anthology of three stories by Edgar Allen Poe. In 'The Tell-Tale Heart', longtime actress Peggy Lamarr's nurse tells how she ended up in a mental institution for women. In 'The Cask', Gogo is about to marry Fortunato Montresor, a wealthy wine connoisseur and maker. During the ceremony, Gogo sees a strange figure and gradually everything gets out of hand. In 'The Dreamer', a woman explores the dream state between life and death. There she meets strange and eccentric, but also terrifying characters.
