Surrogate plot
Single mother Natalie ends up bleeding in the hospital. The doctor thinks she gave birth to a child at home and got rid of it somehow, but Natalie says she hasn't had sex in a year. While Natalie is recovering at home, a suspicious youth care worker comes to check whether Natalie's eight-year-old daughter is not in danger. She does, but not because of her mother.
