"Wanna come to a party?"
15-year-old Genevieve Gage and her friend Tiana Moore meet Captain Howdy on the internet in a chat room, who invites the girls to a party at his house. But when they don't come home that evening, police officer and Genevieve's father Mike sets out to investigate. Mike quickly tracks down the killer, who needles and threads his victims before brutally slaughtering them, and even manages to capture and imprison him. However, only four years later, this schizophrenic Carleton Hendricks is released. But is he completely cured? And has Captain Howdy really disappeared?
