B-movie actor Peter Jacobs was never really satisfied with the investigation into the murderer of his wife and son. He returns to Fairview Falls in search of answers. He eventually finds Ethan Fernier aka the Black Rose Killer. Ethan, now in his 60s, is dying and living in seclusion with his son Alec. What is the truth behind the infamous serial killer?
