Sheng Hua Te Jing: Sang Shi Ren Wu plot

Agent Harry is bitten by a man who has become a zombie through an experiment. When Harry returns to Hong Kong, the transformation into a zombie begins with him too. After a fight with some gang members, he ends up in prison where he infects all his fellow inmates. The zombie plague must be ended as soon as possible before all of Hong Kong is infected.
