Quite tame thriller that never came across as convincing. The acting performances were also nothing to write home about and the "twist" was no surprise at all. This is the first film I see from Pete Walker and I certainly expected better, hopefully his other films offer a bit more than this. I am especially curious about Frightmare and House of Mortal Sin.

From the director of the very successful House Of Mortal Sin. A good story that

eventually the denouement takes a bit of a psychological turn when you

intended surprise does feel a bit coming. It all looked fine with

brutally well executed kills, ditto the approaching scenes, where the flashbacks are allowed

being. With hints to the Giallo formula, the perpetrator of the murders is soon known.

The acting is also not very good. The film never fails to deliver, which until

managed to hold my attention until the end.
