"Horror is removal of Masks"

Tony Maio is a farmer who mutates into a monster after a meteor crashes in the area where he lives. He hides his appearance by disguising himself as a scarecrow. However, since he mutated, he has an insatiable thirst for blood. To give in, he hunts down the local residents, who he then slaughters.
