"Welcome to Hell on Earth"

A virus created has wiped out almost all humans. The infected have turned into deformed, cannibalistic creatures called Radvics. A group of survivors hide in an abandoned complex and try to live as normal a life as possible. Then a stranger shows up with weapons and deadly martial arts skills.
