Open House plot

"Now it's open season for murder."

Someone is killing real estate agents. The perpetrator calls a psychologist during his radio show, after which the psychologist and the police go in search of the killer. Also, the psychologist's girlfriend is a real estate agent, and it becomes clear that the killer gets his information from a house list she once threw away.
