Well, not so good indeed. And that while it has quite some potential despite its shortcomings.

The killer is incredibly creepy. It's a shame he only has a few minutes of screen time. If you build the film around this character, you have a good chance of success, in my opinion.

No, unfortunately Stephen Hall chooses a slow progression in which we constantly hang around the reception of a huge hotel where apparently only 1 guest is staying and we are served a confusing story about alternate timelines. Too bad. This could have just been a strong slasher. The sporadic scenes in which there is slashing and stalking are successful.

Here and there a successful jump scare, mainly because the sound design is remarkably well put together.

There was certainly potential, but in my opinion the wrong choices were made, resulting in a boring film that you quickly forget.

There's not much to say about this one really. This is one of the many weak horrors on Prime. Just a B-movie indeed, and a very bad one at that. The acting is village theater level, and I could even make up the story. The best part...it doesn't last long

A simple horror film with a very direct and small-scale approach, which unfortunately goes off the rails in the last half hour. Conceptually, Nightshift wins points for its unambitious plot. Two characters work a night shift in an unsafe building where things slowly escalate. Although it lacks atmosphere and tension, director Stephen Hall's film manages to captivate. The acting is also decent, and the mysterious side of the story is engaging, but the messy revelations in the finale mainly hinder the film's flow. To put it simply, Nightshift ultimately makes absolutely no sense.
