Night of the Bastard plot
The disgruntled hermit Reed lives a secluded life in the desert. After chasing off youths trying to party near his home, Reed's peaceful life is violently turned upside down when a group of savage cultists lay siege to his home. Forced to team up with one of the partygoers, an injured young woman, Reed must defend himself late into the night as long-hidden and disturbing secrets are revealed to him as part of the cult's evil plan.
