Morbid plot

"Young. Tender. Sliced thin."

A small town becomes the playground of a masked killer, who stalks and kills its residents for no apparent reason. The sheriff and the residents are more concerned about a high school rugby game than figuring out what's going on. Everyone except a detective, who has to rush to save the lives of a group of teenagers.
