"...Where Some Secrets Should Remain"

On Halloween 1984, Lizzy, a young psychiatric patient, is picked up at the institution where she is staying by a group of delinquent youths for a so-called study project, after which she herself is severely mutilated and another woman killed. However, this crime goes unpunished and is kept secret by those involved. Exactly five years later, on the night of Halloween 1989, the perpetrators return to the same place, to play another Halloween prank.
