"This Time, He Brought Friends..."
Detective Dan Peters (Frank Lama) is told by his doctor that he has Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease. The detective decides to hand in his token. When he hears from his boss that the murderous clown Shivers has escaped, he decides to stop this maniac once and for all. He again gets help from Lynn (Jacky Reres).
