Electric Zombies plot

A secret government plans to attack America's enemies via cell phone signals. The plan turns into a nightmare when the technology leaks and in the US now one by one, people are being turned into zombies simply by using their cell phones. The country quickly descends into chaos and the survivors must do everything they can to stop those responsible.
