El Asesino de Muñecas plot
Paul, a psychopathic killer, is the son of Baroness Olivia's gardener. At university he studied to be a heart specialist and surgeon but failed because he couldn't stand blood. He is haunted by the memory that his mother dressed him as a girl and forced him to play with her deceased daughter's dolls. His parents were unable to cope with the loss of their child and would have loved to have had another girl. Paul has developed a dual personality, and his bad side prompts him to track down young women in the park at night, then cut their hearts out and finally throw their bodies into the river.
