Dead and Gone plot

Jack Wade, a second-rate actor, kidnaps his comatose wife, Frankie, from the hospital and takes her to a remote cabin in the Nevada mountains. In the same place, a man murdered his entire family several decades ago. Jack now wants to kill his wife to get the money from her life insurance policy. He decides to strangle her and she dies. But then she reappears. Is it her ghost or is Jack really going insane?
