"It's Time to Prey"

When a meteorite hits a girls' college yard, it turns out that the huge rock is carrying not only a monster, but also a very attractive lady. This lady was once abducted by aliens and has the task of acting as a surrogate mother for the eggs. She is completely in the power of her traveling companion. The monster sees a good hiding place in the girls' college and goes into hiding in the school building with its expansive cellars.
