Bloodthirst 2: Revenge of the Chupacabras plot

"It can smell your fear."

Detective Steve Andrews investigates the disappearance of a beautiful college student when he receives a call that an inmate at Hagerthy Psychiatric Hospital may know something about the case. Inmate Charles Parker tells the strange story of an evil vampire-like beast called the Chupacabras, which he claims once captured and destroyed in a nearby quarry. When this prisoner later escapes, the detective finds himself in a maze of horrors and realizes he must find the missing girl before time runs out.
