"A Reign Of HORROR... a man-made monster on the loose!"
In a car accident, a professor is fatally injured and a mobster paralyzed. A surgeon and friend of the professor tries to save his life by planting part of the criminal's brain in the professor's head. However, the surgeon's good intentions soon change when he learns that the mobster's brain contains information about a hidden fortune.
