"Big Bugs with Bad Attitudes!"

A shipment of biologically engineered marijuana is delivered to a strip club. The result is a monstrous army of insect-like beasts and a federal agent with no good sense. Soon the fist-sized monsters are on the hunt for human blood and their bite has a very intoxicating effect on the victims.
