Amityville in the Hood plot
A criminal gang opens a marijuana plantation on the site of the infamous Amityville home. However, they are attacked by a rival gang and the marijuana is stolen. The marijuana is sold to users who then exhibit strange behavior.

Director Dustin Ferguson has made worse Amityville films in the past, but I look at that from a particularly forgiving perspective. This time they opt for humor over horror, although this is somewhat reversed in the second half of the film. Viewers who are familiar with this exhausted series may already know that there is little atmosphere, tension or beautiful cinematography here and the acting is certainly nothing to write home about. It is mainly the absurdity of the concept (drugs are the haunted object this time) that still manages to catch on. By the way, this is already the third part of a separate branch within the series, but it doesn't matter if you missed the first two parts. Ferguson spends at least about 10 minutes on consecutive flashback material.
