"A cold-blooded cop killer meets the cop he's sworn to get..."
Police detective Mike Hanrohan is hopeful of getting hold of Socks Barstow, the mastermind behind the criminal Barstow gang, now that his younger brother Denny has joined the gang. However, things turn out badly after a bloody shooting. Mike has to determine that he apparently shot at his own brother. However, it takes a while before Mike begins to realize that he's been tricked by the Barstow's gang and then realizes that it's every man for himself now.
