Witch's Cradle plot
A woman with a witch symbol on her forehead stares in amazement into a dark room. In the room is an artist with a thread around him, over his back. He holds a cradle of rope in his hands. There are cuts to the same artist and another woman sitting outside at a table, a beating human heart that stops and building blocks. A leaf moves across the floor by means of a rope, a circular device dangles from the ceiling. Surrealist film that was not edited until well after Maya Deren's death.
