Undine plot

Commissioned by his brother Frank, surveyor Raoul makes plans to build a holiday park with a hotel, swimming pool and ski lift in the middle of a beautiful mountain landscape and a lake. This much to the dismay of mermaid Undine, who wants to defend the untouched nature of her habitat at all costs. Raoul falls for the charms of Undine, who takes the form of a seductive woman during the day. But he does come into conflict with his brother, who tries to achieve his goal with increasingly brutal means.
