Chris belongs to a select group of people who have psychic abilities. Under the supervision of the government, as street vendors, they put their gifts at the service of society. A dark side of Chris's gift is that he experiences time slips: occasionally he skips parts of time and then arrives at a random moment in the future. Medicines help less and less and he refuses psychological assistance. Then he jumps in time to a moment when he commits a murder. Can he change that future?
