Brother Future plot

TJ is a young criminal from Detroit. One day, while on the run from the police, he is hit by a car. When he regains consciousness, he finds himself in Charlton in the year 1822. Immediately he is handcuffed by two slave drivers and sold to a large landowner. On his plantation he befriends Joshia, a fellow sufferer who tells him about an upcoming slave revolt.
