The Whipping Boy plot
"A rat hunter that will change a prince."
Orphan Jemmy is so poor that he has to live in the sewer with his sister Annyrose. They even sell rats to earn some money. The two's lives turn into an exciting adventure when a lonely young prince has them kidnapped.
